RPC advises families, private and public entities
on complex situations.
Approach
We engage in situations that require navigating multiple stakeholders simultaneously — family conflicts, shareholder disputes, financial restructurings, and complex corporate transactions where no clear path exists.
Partners are directly involved in every mandate.
We work alongside the client's existing advisors, or bring in our own trusted network when needed.
Every engagement is approached through three concurrent lenses: financial, psychological-relational, and legal — each informing the other.*
We advise on what is best for the client, regardless of the impact on our own fees.
We communicate in plain language. Concise, direct, no unnecessary material.
* RPC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal opinions.
